• User-provided files (images or documents you upload).
• Facebook API data, to retrieve and process images for order fulfillment.
• Technical data (device type, IP address, usage logs).

3. How We Use Your Information

Uploaded files are used only for order fulfillment and service operation. We do not use data for advertising or analytics.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files are kept only as long as needed for order processing, with a maximum of six (6) months. Afterwards, files are permanently deleted.

5. Sharing of Information

• Files are shared only with the merchant you ordered from.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties.
• No one else can access or use your uploaded files.

6. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
