Data Deletion Instructions

Users of Uploadly Connect may request deletion of their personal data and uploaded files at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to support@inspon-app.zendesk.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

In your message, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address linked to your account or order
• A brief confirmation that you wish your data to be permanently deleted

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, all associated personal data and uploaded files will be deleted from our systems within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. Please note that merchants may also retain data they require for order processing in line with their own policies.
