• Facebook API Data: Access granted through Facebook API scopes to retrieve and process images for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
• Technical Data: Limited technical information (e.g., device type, IP address, usage logs) needed to ensure secure service operation.

We do not collect any information without your direct action or consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for:

• Order Fulfillment: Uploaded images are provided to the merchant to personalize and complete your order.
• Service Operation: To maintain and improve the App’s functionality.

We do not use uploaded images or data for advertising, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded files (including images from Facebook) are retained only for as long as necessary to process and fulfill the related order, and for a maximum of six (6) months. After this period, files are automatically deleted or permanently anonymized.

5. Sharing of Information

• With Merchants Only: Uploaded images are shared exclusively with the merchant from whom you placed your order.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third parties.
• No Other Access: No one other than the merchant can access or use your uploaded images.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your files and personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your uploaded files before the 6-month retention period.
• Withdraw any consent you have previously given.
