1. Purpose of Data Processing

Our application uses the Facebook API (user photos, user videos) solely to provide you with a seamless way to select your photos and videos. This integration is designed to simplify the file selection process within the Uploadcare widget, allowing you to choose and upload files directly from your Facebook account.

Our app is present as "Uploadly" in Shopify and the Wix app market.

2. Storage and Data Usage

• No Data Storage: We do not store your Facebook login credentials, private photos, videos, or any other personal data on our servers at any time.
• Temporary Usage: Access to your media occurs exclusively for the duration of your active file selection.
• No Persistent Connection: As soon as you leave the selection page or close the Uploadcare widget, the access is terminated immediately. There is no further data processing or tracking after the session ends.

3. Role of the Uploadcare Widget

The Uploadcare widget used by our application is a third-party tool designed for file management across various platforms. Its sole function within our application is to enable you to "select files." We act only as the interface facilitating the connection between your device, your Facebook account, and the Uploadcare service.
