Uploadly is a product of:

2.1 Merchant Data

When you install our app, we automatically receive certain information from your Shopify account via Shopify Partners, including:

• Your store URL
• Your registered email address
• Your name (if provided by Shopify)

This information is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve our service.

2.2 Customer Data

We do not collect customer data such as names, emails, or addresses.
The only data collected through our app are files (e.g., images) uploaded by your customers.

3. External Upload Services

If a customer uploads a file via Google Drive or other third-party services, the respective privacy policies of those services apply. Uploadly is not responsible for the privacy practices outside its own infrastructure.

4. Data Storage

Uploaded files and related data are stored and processed using the following service providers:

• DigitalOcean
• MongoDB
• IONOS SE
• Dropbox

All data is stored in data centers located in the EU or the USA, depending on the provider.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded files are stored for a maximum of 180 days (usually after 60 or 90 days). If you want to delete specific files earlier, please contact our development team.

6. Data Sharing

Uploadly does not share personal data or files with third parties, except when:

• You explicitly consent (e.g., via use of external services)
• Required by law (e.g., for tax compliance)
• Necessary to enforce legal claims

7. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, including:

• Access restrictions
• Regular security updates
