Uploadly Report

Incident from December 15th
Temporary Upload Disruption (December 15–16, 2025)
Between December 15 and December 16, 2025, we experienced a partial outage of a third-party infrastructure service that is responsible for handling fast file uploads within our Uploader.

This infrastructure component was affected by a global service disruption, which led to degraded upload performance. As a result, some users experienced significantly longer upload processing times and intermittent server errors. In certain cases, uploads appeared to be stuck or not working.

Technical Details (Summary)
The incident was caused by increased database latency within the affected infrastructure service. A large processing backlog built up during the initial phase of the disruption. This backlog temporarily impacted upload completion times and related API responses.

The issue was identified, mitigated, and fully resolved. Normal system operation was restored, and since December 16, 2025 at 03:32 UTC, upload performance has remained stable and within normal parameters.

Reliability & Context
The  third-party infrastructure service maintains 99.9% service availability
No comparable incident has occurred in the past 15 years.
This was a rare and exceptional event. Additional monitoring and safeguards have been implemented to detect and mitigate similar issues even earlier in the future

Conclusion
This incident was temporary and fully resolved.
