These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the GiftGuru Shopify Mini App (“App”), provided free of charge by Weiland Enterprises LTD (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2.1 GiftGuru is a free Shopify Mini App designed to enhance the shopping experience for merchants and customers.
2.2 The App is provided “as-is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability or future improvements.
2.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time.
To use the App, you must operate a valid Shopify store, be at least 18 years old, and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your business or organization.
4.1 The App is provided completely free of charge.
4.2 We do not charge any installation, subscription, or usage fees.
4.3 If any fees are introduced in the future, you will be notified in advance.
5.1 The App provides features designed to improve shopping interactions or product discovery.
5.2 Features may change over time without prior notice.
5.3 We do not guarantee compatibility with all Shopify themes, customizations,
or third-party apps.
6.1 By using the App, you grant only the minimal permissions required for functionality.
6.2 We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
6.3 Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.4 You remain fully responsible for your store content and customer interactions.
All rights, titles, and interests in the App—its code, design, branding, and functionality—remain the exclusive property of Weiland Enterprises LTD. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit the App.
8.1 The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue,
data corruption, downtime, or conflicts with other software.
8.3 We accept unlimited liability only in cases of intent, gross negligence,
or injury to life, body, or health.
8.4 All other liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.1 You may uninstall the App at any time.
9.2 We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9.3 After uninstallation, we may permanently delete all App-related data
following a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
We may update or modify these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
